Recognising the need for forward thinking organisations to develop in house capability in Design Thinking Facilitation, and the lack of focussed one day offerings in the market, Mollie has developed a unique program to up-skill the next generation of Facilitators using Design Thinking principals.
Over the course of a day, you will build confidence and core facilitation skills by running through a full one hour design thinking sprint as participants. You will develop core facilitation skills, build personal confidence and understand approaches to structuring sessions. Immediate practice and feedback through participant led design thinking sprints will prepare you for real-world facilitation.
